Anthi was born and raised in Kozani. In 2000, she began her studies at the Dental School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Immediately after obtaining her degree, she moved to Sweden, where she worked as a general dentist during the years 2007-2009.

In 2010, she was accepted to the three-year postgraduate program of the University of Gothenburg University, Sahlgrenska Academy, in Sweden, where she specialized in Periodontology and Implantology. The above postgraduate program is one of the 24 recognized centers for continuing education in Periodontology-Implantology and leads to obtaining a diploma recognized by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP).

In the years 2013-2016 she worked as a periodontist in a specialty clinic in the city of Uddevalla, Sweden. In 2016 she moved to Amsterdam, the Netherlands and worked in various dental clinics until December 2021 when she returned to Ioannina in Greece. She is a recognized member of the Hellenic and Dutch Society of Periodontology and Dental Implants.

She maintains two private clinics: one in the main pedestrian street of Kozani and one in Ioannina in the area of ​​Ampelokipoi.
